What we do

The recovery and promotion of Latin sailing boats in L'Albufera de Valencia, which meet the specific sailing and design requirements of the lake.

Our goal is to preserve the practices and handmade devices of sailing Latin sailing, following the uses and customs of our ancestors.

The collaboration in the care of the L'Albufera Natural Park.

How we do it

Restoration of Boats
We restore old boats, or build new ones, following traditional methods, including hand-cutting the smallest pieces, so that they retain their most authentic appearance and can have a new life sailing in our exhibitions and in our school. This task allows the recovery of old trades specific to riverside carpentry.
Navigation Displays
Organizing Latin sailing exhibitions in the Albufera, and participating in those organized by other Associations in our area and by the Valencian Cultural Federation of Latin Sailing... See our AGENDA.
Sailing School
With the first Latin sailing school in Albufera, passing on the knowledge, experience and passion for Latin sailing to the generations to come.
